10:00 Counseling and Foot bath
Upon arrival at Celestia, we will ask you to fill out a form and, if necessary, check your joint range of motion and body balance. Then, we will perform a foot ritual (foot bath). After changing into a robe, we will warm your feet with water containing seasonal flowers and herbs. While drinking welcome tea, we will have a consultation and decide which essential oil will be used for the treatment. A foot bath with a Himalayan salt scrub will not only relieve fatigue but also detoxify the body. If the weather permits, the foot bath will be held in the garden. This time is not included in the treatment time.
10:30 warm the body
You choose your favorite herbs to warm up your body. Herbal cordial or detox water will be served to rehydrate you.
11:00 Salt scrub of Tateshina Rose (whole body)
The whole body is moisturized and polished with mineral-rich salt containing Tateshina rose. The mellow fragrance of roses will soothe your skin while removing dead skin cells and promoting the elimination of wastes.
11:30 Mud Wrap
Mud wraps are used for full-body mineral replenishment and ersing.
12:00 Light meal
Smoothies and natural foods will be served.
13:00 Teilhard Body Massage
A fully customized body treatment (90 minutes) based on “Remedial Massage”, which is recognized as covered by private medical insurance in Australia. The massage technique combines myofascial release, lymphatic, oil massage, and other techniques to provide a unique massage experience that combines effective techniques for “improvement” and “prevention” of physical problems while providing a comfortable “healing” experience.
The stones, polished by the nature of Yakushima through the passage of time, warm up your tired and ailing trunk. It is a beautiful stone with fine crystals inside.

You can add “Yakushima River Stone Therapy” in combination with Taylored Body Massage. Hot stones are used to warm the core of your tiredness and discomfort. 14:30 Facial treatment
A 60-minute facial treatment tailored to your skin and concerns. Special facial care combining Tateshina's natural cosmetics and remedial massage techniques. Cosmetics are selected and cared for according to your concerns such as sensitive skin, whitening, and aging skin. The facial massage carefully releases facial stiffness and stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic circulation.
We use a rare anti-aging beauty oil called “the hidden treasure of the kingdom,” which can only be obtained in southwestern Morocco. The fragrant rose and geranium oils bring deep healing. The gel is “a gel based on the sap of birch trees nurtured by the cool air and beautiful nature of Tateshina. 15:30 Short break
After improving your face and body with the treatment, you will take a short break for 15 minutes. By not stimulating your body and allowing your body to “go natural” for a while, your body will slowly adjust.

Sound healing with singing bowls and head massage (30 minutes). The unique healing tones produced by singing bowls are called overtones (vibrations that are multiple times the fundamental sound) and are believed to have a comforting and healing effect.

Fragrant “beauty oil"
The beauty oil is based on argan oil from southwestern Morocco, also known as “the hidden treasure of the kingdom. Rich in natural vitamin E, essential fatty acids, and oleic acid, it is highly valued for its anti-aging effects. Fragrant natural essential oils of rose and geranium provide deep healing.
Shirakaba Gel
This gel is made from birch sap (a moisturizing ingredient) pumped up from the roots of Tateshina's birch trees during the week or two immediately before they sprout new shoots. Birch sap, which is rich in minerals and other beauty ingredients, is created by birches that are about to sprout after a harsh winter and absorb the power of the earth. It delivers the full power of the earth to the skin.

This lotion is made from the precious sap collected from the mountain birch trees in the Celestia forest. The precious sap, which can only be collected for only two weeks a year, is lavishly used. It is available for sensitive skin skin, whitening skin, and aging skin.
Massage Oils
In order to deliver the power of essential oils, Celestia is particular about the safety and quality of its carrier oil (massage oil).
